Certified Installation and Servicing

Proper installation of the Water Changers units is an integral part of the function of the device, and regular servicing will improve its continued performance for years to come. Certified and professional product installation is available throughout much of the United States, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. This includes checking for proper function of all components, plus installation of the electrical probe, which conducts the treatment to the water. The service technician will also check for clean power and grounding at the site, as well as perform simple water tests to ensure the device is working before the technician leaves. They will also check the site for potential hazzards which could cause problems to the function of the unit at each location.

Customer Installation and Servicing

Customers who choose not to get the Certified Installation, or are in a state that installation is not available, will recieve with the product: an installion kit, including a manual, installation guide, and hardware to perform the installation. Water Changers will work with your local pump company, plumber, or other professional to assist in any way we can to help complete the installation correctly.

Customers who choose not to get the Certified Servicing, or are in a state that servicing is not available, are requested to ship the product to our service center each year for a thorough servicing and testing. The electrical probe, which conducts the treatment to the water, can become dirty or oxidized over time, so it is imperative that it is cleaned regularly. Maintaining the probe is the customer's responsibility, and is encouraged to be performed at the same time as the unit servicing, though more often is recommended.
